The monthly meeting of the Winston Park Homeowners Association took place on August 5th, 2023. The meeting began at 7:30 PM and was hosted by President Davis.

A detailed review of the notes from the previous meeting was given.

Following the approval of the minutes, several items were discussed including:

• Neighborhood beautification projects
• Proposed amendments to the HOA bylaws
• Maintenance concerns raised by residents

The meeting terminated at 9:00 PM.

The next meeting is scheduled for October 12th, 2024. All residents are invited to attend.
